The SBMU Cellular and Molecular Biology Research Center was officially approved in 2001 by the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education. SBMU CMBRC benefits from the directorship of Professor Ahmad Hosseini along with many experienced academic staff and scientific experts. The center utilizes the latest technologies and lab machinery in researches related to histology, cell culture, genetics, bio-technology, parasitology, embryology, trans-genetic animals, as well as using electron microscopy in ultra-structural investigations.
